A FULL BODY TRAINING SESSION GEARED TO BUILD MUSCLE AND STRENGTH. CHANGE YOUR BODY COMPOSITION WHILE LEARNING HOW TO TRAIN EFFICIENTLY WITH PROPER FORM AND TECHNIQUE.

A SPECIALIZED PROGRAM DESIGNED TO GIVE YOU A SUGIFIT BOOTY - TIGHT, ROUND, LIFTED, JUICY  BOOTY!! AT EACH SESSION WE AIM TO INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH AND BUILD MUSCLE WITH PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD PROGRAMMING LOADED WITH VARIATION OF LIFTS AND ACCESSORY WORK. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT COMPLIMENT TO YOUR CURRENT WORKOUT REGIME.
